I work in fibrous plasterwork, producing and installing architectural features such as cornices, ceiling centres, columns, panel mouldings and bespoke decorative ornament. Alongside restoration and accurate reproduction, we also create bespoke work—developing designs from initial sketches through hand-sculpted models and full production.
My interest in fibrous plaster extends beyond the practical craft into its wider development: how materials and techniques evolved, and how specialist firms and architects contributed to some of the finest decorative ceilings and interiors still seen today. That understanding helps inform the way I approach both historic detail and new classical work.
I enjoy working with architects, builders, designers and conservation professionals, whether the project involves heritage repair or entirely new schemes. I’m always pleased to discuss projects at any stage, from early concept and detailing through to manufacture and installation.
