ECL Chartered Surveyors is a practise that specialises in the project management of Country Houses and historic buildings.

ABOUT

ECL Chartered Surveyors is a RICS registered firm that specialises in working with Country Houses and Listed historic buildings. We also work on new build Country House projects as well as their landscapes and buildings that sit within the Country House estate.

Our philosophy is using our extensive knowledge and experience to collaboratively lead projects to their ultimate success.

We add value to complex projects that require leadership and organisation.

As well as planned refurbishment construction we are also experienced with working on buildings that have suffered a disaster from fire or flood.

We are passionate about historic buildings and traditional architecture.

Our practice is based in Eastleach in the heart of the Cotswolds. We work all over the UK dependant on the size of the project.
