Join us for an exciting hands-on day in a workshop!

These popular TAG Workshops are held at the Locker & Riley premises in South Woodham Ferrers, Essex.

The day begins with a series of presentations including:

• History of Locker & Riley

• The origination and design development of decorative plasterwork – a CPD on Decorative Plasterwork covering repair, restoration, materials, and methods, with a case study

• A presentation entitled “Realising the Designer’s Dream”

Participants are then invited into the Locker & Riley studio to try their hand at modelling a detail in clay, guided by their skilled craftsmen.

Breakfast, tea/coffee, and lunch will be provided.

After lunch, there will be a chance to make a cast in plaster from a mould in the workshop and to tour the plaster workshop, seeing tradesmen and apprentices in action and viewing Locker & Riley’s impressive stock of moulds.

Collection can be arranged from Wickford Station if required.

Participants will receive a Certificate of Attendance for the CPD, accredited by The CPD Certification Service.
