2018 Student Design Competition Winner

We are delighted to announce that Sung Lim from the University of Bath School of Architecture has won this year’s TAG competition for the best student project in a traditional or classical spirit.

The judges were beguiled by the level of thought and understanding of the chosen subject: the reinterpretation of Sir Christopher Wren’s St. Paul’s Cathedral, re-imagined as a monument within the quarry where the Portland Stone for the cathedral was hewn.

The Prize of £1000 was handed out at the TAG Awards Party held at the Art Workers’ Guild in London on 31st October 2018, by David Linley.
